Adam Masterman
I'm a cartoonist living and working in western Maine. As you can see from my self-portrait, I'm a big fan of Wally Wood and Harvey Kurtzman. The short list also includes Alex Toth, Scott McCloud, Osamu Tezuka, Art Speigelman, Herge, Carl Barks, Alan Moore, Jeff Smith, Todd McFarlane, Joe Madureira, J. Scott Campbell, Josh Middleton and Ryan Ottley (how's that for diversity?). The long list is too numerous to type. I love comic storytelling with a passion, and wish I had the time to draw everything that pops into my head. In the meantime I intend to have at least one story active (regular updates) for the foreseeable future.
In my spare time, I coach cross country skiing and practice the Dharma. And, on occassion, eat and sleep.
